Sean and Connie Timmens, Wisconsin
Easton is now two years old.
When we purchased him, we had no intentions of testing him in NAVHDA.
After doing our research and checking references, we just wanted a black
wirehair that would hunt hard. That all changed when we started
training with our local NAVHDA group. Soon they made it apparent to
us that we had a great dog. Easton has a strong desire, great
cooperation, and a super nose. These are just a few of the traits he
holds. At sixteen months, we tested Easton in Natural Ability.
He received a Prize I, 112 points. We are currently working on
testing him in Utility in the fall of 2002. Easton is a wonderful
dog both in the field and in the house, so much so that we purchased
another pup from a repeat breeding.
Citori is going on one. She is my wife's lap dog
in the house. Citori has a wonderful temperament, very strong desire
to please and she is a quick learner. These are some of the things
we love about her. We will be testing her in June 2002 in Natural
Ability.
Both dogs are great pets and hunting companions, with
excellent temperaments.

We have had a great hunting season this year so far. Sage is
outstanding and getting smarter each outing. I'm amazed at her
ability to find singles after a covey has been broken up. Thanks
again, she has become the type of dog an upland hunter dreams about.
