All puppies are purchased for the price of $550.00 which includes a $50.00 Non-refundable deposit. The price includes the following:

AKC or NAVHDA litter registered
Puppy shots at 5, 6, 8 weeks old
De-worming
Removal of Dewclaw
Tail docking
Physical examination
Puppy socialization including children interaction
Water introduction (weather permitting)
Noise introduction
Bird contact (including pointing)
Retrieve introduction
Warranty

We offer a $50.00 rebate on the purchase of a $550.00 pup for those individuals that recommend our kennel to another and that reference results in a deposit for another puppy.

We will also give individual owners a $50.00 rebate for neutering or spaying their hunting companion purchased from Von Krieger Kennel. We recommend this due to the over-population of unwanted dogs in the country. Doctors Race Foster and Marty Smith suggest the following about neutering and spaying:

We have reached a point in America where we need to be very selective about which dogs are bred...There are thousands of dogs in every city that are euthanized only because they cannot find a home... We have too many dogs today, and many of these have problems that are the product of poorly planned breeding... (Neutered or Spayed dogs) will typically have fewer behavioral problems and live longer, healthier lives with less expense to their owners... Neutering will not affect the hunting or performance abilities of a dog.
(Foster, Race, DVM and Smith, Marty, DVM, Right From the Start, pp 133-136).

*Please don't Spay or Neuter your puppy before they are at least 6 months old, they may have hormonal
problems if you do.

Surety of Action Deposit Agreement

The following agreement is between Krieger Kennel. (breeder), hereafter referred to as "Seller," and ___________________, hereafter referred to as "Purchaser."

In consideration of a deposit of $50.00, the Seller assigns the Purchaser the option to acquire a German Wirehaired Pointer dog. The Seller guarantees that the dog will not be sold and the choice of the Purchaser will be on a first come first serve basis. This deposit is non-refundable. The surety of action deposit will be applied against the purchase price of $550.00.

When the puppy reaches eight to ten weeks of age, the purchaser will pay the agreed upon price to the seller and will acquire physical possession of the dog upon receipt of the remaining fee.

We the undersigned have read, understood and agree with the terms of this agreement.
